Our return and refund policy

Sold flowers are returned only according to the first point.
1.If the bouquet is damaged or loses its quality during delivery, the customer may refuse to accept the product. In this case, we are obliged to refund the full amount paid by the customer.
If mutually agreed, the seller can replace damaged flowers and deliver another similar bouquet within two hours.
2.The customer can cancel the order within one hour after placing it. In this case, we undertake to refund ninety percent of the amount paid.
3.If the order was placed in error, or there were no customers at the specified address, we can refund seventy to eighty percent of the amount after making the final calculation.
